I’m not a Mineralogist or Geologist however will say you what I know: Old Drill Core from the Stillwater Mine Formation – one of the richest spots in North America! A beautiful, Salt & Pepper “Green Quartz” core pattern! Weight is 13.5 oz – Size is simply under 5″ long X 1.5″ diameter.

We got this specimen from a Geologist a few years ago. This is a extremely unusual part! I have no assay information on the steel content – as result assume no one to be safe.
